How does Tepilo work?
Getting your property live
It’s a simple process: you can use our helpful system to upload your property details, or you can call us and we’ll do it for you. We send one of our local agents round to verify your property and, if needed, take photos, create floor plans, and produce your EPC report. We then advertise your property on all the major portals such as Rightmove and Zoopla.
Viewings and feedback
You tell us when you are available for viewings and potential buyers book an appointment through our system. After the viewing we ask for feedback, which we then pass on to you.
When an offer is made, we vet the applicant to make sure they have the funds in place and they are in a position to move. Accepting an offer can sometimes be a bit daunting, so we are here to provide help and guidance throughout the whole process.
Managing the chain
Keeping a chain together is an important part of an agency’s role. We work to make sure the chain is kept in tact: liaising with solicitors and estate agents up and down the chain to ensure a successful sale.
Exchange and completion
Everything we do is designed to get you to a successful sale completion. And with all the money we save you, you can probably afford a celebratory glass or two of champagne, too.
