I was so happy to get this flat - it's extremely spacious with a great living area. Six large windows and a balcony door face the beach. Although it's not a front row flat there are sea views whilst at the same time being saved from the weather conditions in the winter. It's more interesting than a square room as the window side is the curve of the building giving the living room a special feeling.
