I was so happy to get this flat - it's extremely spacious with a great living area. Six large windows and a balcony door face the beach. Although it's not a front row flat there are sea views whilst at the same time being saved from the weather conditions in the winter. It's more interesting than a square room as the window side is the curve of the building giving the living room a special feeling. There's lots of storage space (unusual in a flat) and two large double bedrooms one with a walk in wardrobe. Don't want to leave but family issues overrule unfortunately. Friendly area to live as this is a small block of 9 flats.

you're yards from the seafront/beach and within 5 mins of city centre and leisure compllex, museums, restaurants, cinema, theatre. Near enough to walk but far enough not to feel you're in the centre. The Gower is only about 20 mins drive away and the M4 can be accessed within 10 mins. The main bed has a Juliet balcony and ensuite, the second double bedroom has a walk in wardrobe. Bathroom has an overhead shower so guests don't have to use your ensuite. Large entrance hall leading to almost 40ft living/kitchen/diner. Kitchen is all integrated including washer/dryer. Flat is freehold owned by the residence which we purchased last year. Economy 7 heating so quite cost effective. No chain as I'm moving back to family home - definitely worth viewing if you're looking for an extra size flat near the sea.
