I love this flat. Light floods in all day, and the 7th floor position and huge windows provide spectacular views and sunsets. I have modernised the bathroom and decor, and the heating system in the block is brand new and highly energy efficient. There's a huge amount of storage space, including a walk-in storage cupboard and the block is so well-built you don't hear any noise from neighbouring flats. It's a safe, cosy, beautiful place to come home to.
