My sister and I first walked into Eden Mews 5 years ago and fell in love with the house instantly. Its set back in a pretty gated mews development with just 8 houses so is lovely and quiet and there is a real sense of community amongst the neighbours which is a rare and lovely thing to have in London. There is a private allocated car parking space and a couple of visitors spaces too. The location is great for transport links as its between Earlsfield train station and Tooting Broadway tube station. The house is set just off Garratt Lane which is the main road through Earlsfield and there are plenty of bars, restaurants and shops so pretty much everything you need is on your doorstep. The downstairs comprises of a downstairs toilet, fully integrated kitchen (dishwasher, washer/dryer), large lounge / dining room and a front and back garden. The back garden has a patio area so is great to sit out in with a glass of wine on a lovely summer night. Upstairs there is a bathroom with bath/shower and two good sized double bedrooms both of which are really bright and sunny. No onward chain.
