What first attracted us to the property is that it's only a stones throw from one of the best senior schools in the country. The secluded patio garden leads off the kitchen giving it an outside space which many properties in the centre of town don't get. The living room is on the 1st floor and has a juliet balcony which is my favourite room getting the sun almost all day.
