The house is in a quiet, south facing Cornish village by the sea. We are in a raised location a few hundred yards up the valley which gives the benefit of stunning sea views from all of the front rooms. The lounge and kitchen have large picture windows and fully benefit from the sea view, amazing in all seasons. We get some stunning sunsets. Being on the south facing coast of Cornwall means we benefit from the milder weather. We have a large balcony with a full sized dining table, we eat outside frequently even when other parts of the country of too chilly to venture out, it is warm enough here for lunch on the balcony. The large windows mean that the whole house is light and airy.

Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is the ensuite of the second bedroom with shower and toilet. It is simple and compact but very handy.
Bathroom 1
The bathroom is situated on the first floor and again is rather special in that it has an alcove within the room for the toilet. The bathroom suite is pale peach and the bath an oval shape. See photos for more detail. We have a whole wall of mirror in the bathroom.
Bedroom 2 (13ft 7ins x10ftm)
A second double bedroom, again on the ground floor with a walkin ensuit with shower and toilet and wash basin.
Bedroom 3 (8ft 10 insx9ftm)
A single ground floor bedroom, very roomy and light.
Master Bedroom (14 ft 4insx11 ftm)
The master bedroom is on the ground floor. It is spacious and light with a fitted mirrored wardrobe along one wall and a walk in storage cupboard 'under the stairs'.
Reception 2 (16ftx11ft 7insm)
The dining room is off the kitchen. It has a bay window which looks out onto the back garden, a steep cliff side rockery, which is a mass of colour in the summer. The dining room has a modern fireplace and fire and a large patio door and widow which make the whole of one wall look like glass.
Kitchen (16ft 6insx9ftm)
The kitchen has an amazing sea view and gets the best of the sun in the day and the stunning sunsets over the sea. Just outside the kitchen is the large balcony with a glass corridor type feature and an archway to the dining room. There is ample room for all kitchen fittings including dish washer, washing machine, fridge freezer, breakfast bar and pantry cupboard.
Reception 1 (14.5ftx17ft 6insm)
The reception rooms in our house are all on the first floor to take full advantage of the wonderful views. The stairs from the hall go up into the lounge which is quite large and unusual, the stairway forms a unique feature of the very light room. It house a corner window and overlooks the valley and the sea.
Other (10ftx16ft 4insm)
Outside garage with metal up and over door and hard stand.
Reception
Entrance Hall leading to stairs to the main first floor lounge.
Summer House
The Summer house is at the top of the garden and has a magnificent view of the bay.
Reception 3 (11ftx8ftm)
We use our third reception room as a study and computer room. It is off the lounge and is a convenient extra space that is close to the 'hub of the house'. The study, like the dining room has a large patio window and door making the room light and seeming that there is a whole wall of window. This is lovely as this side of the house gets the morning sun. Outside of these patio doors is a patio and pond. The morning sun means that this is a good place for breakfast too.
