We spend a lot of time sitting in the kitchen, it's nice to be able to eat and cook in the same room. Also in the summer the garden gets the sun from around 11am and it's lovely to sit out and watch the rabbits and my daughter playing! It's a nice quiet street but a short walk to Gloucester Road and the local primary school. Having decorated all the way through the house in the last few years it'll be a shame to leave but at least I know what colour to paint the walls in the next place!
