Our House is a new house, individually designed and built by ourselves over 3 floors, to an exceptionally high standard and there is NO UPWARD CHAIN. Newark is a Market Town about a 15 minutes drive away, and from Newark Northgate Station trains run to London Kings Cross, a journey of about 75 mins. In Newark there are many historic buildings including its Castle, and lots of individual Shops, and so it has retained its character and charm, yet it still provides Facilities such as Cinema, Theatre, Leisure Centre and various Pubs and Restaurants. The ancient City of Lincoln is only about 15 miles away, and it is approximately 25 miles to the popular shopping centre o the City of Nottingham.

The rustic-style brick, clay pantiles, cast-iron style guttering and stone effect cills all help to create a traditional style to the outside of our House.The UPVC sliding sash windows are also set behind the brickwork in the traditional way. Inside there is cornice to all the pricipal rooms on the ground and first floors and Oak veneered internal doors with bollection mouldings throughout. All the door furniture, light switches and electric power points are finished in chrome. There are telephone and TV points in all principal rooms with a TV signal amplifier in the Loft.A zoned central heating system is controlled by thermostats and TRVs on all radiators. Garden Room (2.4x5.9m)
This is a very light and pleasant room off the Kitchen through a set of partly glazed double doors, and off the Lounge through 2 sets of partly glazed doors. This is a large L-shaped room entered through a door in the Entrance Hall, but also has 3 sets of partly glazed double doors, 1 to the Kitchen and 2 to the Garden Room. So together with 2 large sash windows which overlook the front of the House and high ceilings it is both light and spacious. On the ground floor is another Villeroy Boch wall hung WC with a soft close lid and chrome wall plate and wall mounted corner basin with central filler. The floor is natural slate and there is access here to a useful cupboard under the stairs.

Another very useful room off the Kitchen with 1 sash window overlooking the back garden. Second Nature units and Duropal surfaces house a washer/dryer and a single bowl/drainer Rangemaster stainless steel sink and mixer tap. The wall of cupboards at the back of the room house the Grant Condensing Boiler and Thermal Store and an indispensible broom cupboard. The floor is natural slate and there is a panelled radiator.
