Ok, so things have been a bit quiet since last week.
However I recently met someone at a BBQ who works in the guaranteed income for landlords business, UK-wide. I will be seeing them at their office soon to get their opinion about the current state of the property market, where best to invest and how best to finance it all. (Although I don’t think I’ll be wanting to take part in the scheme itself - I just feel I’ll be wanting a more direct relationship with the tenants if BTL is the way to go).
