Recently we've been working through the issues we have found with phase 2 of the site. Some of these are more obvious than others - and we still have much more to come.
Here's a few of the next steps:
1) Sharing your property with other portals and sites - we've been talking with a number of other sites and will shortly be announcing some agreements to promote your property elsewhere - to get you even more coverage.
2) Lettings - due to popular demand, we will look at adding this to the site. It's likely to be in the same format as what we have now - with a few obvious changes.
3) Partnerships - we've talked to a number of great websites and companies over the last few weeks, and will look to offer you some more services to help in promoting your listing and also help to get the Tepilo name out there.
4) Video content - we're about to get filming, so you should start to see some handy clips with advice and tips from Sarah herself across the site.
5) Fixing issues - you've been giving us some really useful feedback on what works and what doesn't, thank you. We value all your feedback and really appreciate you bearing with us while we iron these out.
If you've registered on the site we will keep you updated with any major developments - so you can be the first to benefit from new functionality, but please keep checking back to see what's happening!

Dear Sarah and Team. Please hurry up and give us ex-pats a chance of adding our properties from across the Chanel. I'm sure there are still plenty of U.K.ers who would like to enjoy the pleasures of France,Brittany in particular.
Sarah, it's comforting to see you are so 'hands on' with your property website 'baby' :) and that you're keen to continually improve and update apps, etc. Bound to be a huge success.
You could become the google of property if your service is free and is as good as some of the other property portals; why then would I as a landlord wish to go anywhere else but your site for managing my portfolio.
Indeed based on the google business model I would only be too willing to provide your site with all details required relating to any property I have.
If you can make money out of possible sponsors who I would have no objection to ALL my personal data(just like google); and you can make money out of that then good luck to you.
As far as I am concerned letting agents are a waste of time and money for what they do.
