The website is great but keep in touch with things outside of London and other major cities - here properties often take a long time to sell as there isn't the same amount of movement, the recession has hit differently in different areas, trends are for different kinds of properties - if our property was in a city it would be highly desirable whereas here it is hard to sell because of different cultural expectations about homes, what you want them for and what you do with them - maybe it's all down to the amount of money around?

Hi there! I am just a big fan of Sarah and her shows, love your work. Wanted to say that I cant wait till I get to the stage in my life to buy a house so that I can gtake what I have seen and learnt from your shows to good use. Very inspiring. I am addicted. Try not to work too hard, big congrats on baby boy #4-just beautiful and I will be watching to see what great tips and advice you have to share on upcoming eps of property ladder and your other shows. :-)
