It's been a mad few months in the planning, but we're live and still working hard

Tepilo has and still is launching in several stages. We've been amazed at the amount of positive feedback we have had about the site, and the general concept of Tepilo - so thank you, and please do keep your comments coming. We aim to make Tepilo the best place to advertise your property, and still have a lot more to come on the site.

Property is building up incredibly quickly, and we have had periods of several hours where we have hit a property a minute uploaded on the site. Do keep checking back on the site regularly or set up an alert for regions you may be interested in.

More importantly we've seen a huge increase in the amount of people searching the site for property, and viewing requests and offers are flowing in nicely now. If you have a property to sell then there really are no catches - list your property and get some enquiries coming in, it's free.

Here's an outline of what's happened so far:

Phase 1 - was launched to enable you to upload property on the site, we needed to get some information there for others to see how the site worked, and this gave us some more time to get phase 2 of the site developed.

Phase 2 - has recently launched in the last few weeks - and now includes the ability to search through property listings, so for those of you that have uploaded property to the site, your listing is now public!

Our search functionality enables you to search by a number of different criteria, from value of property, to number of bedrooms, and distance from a particular location. Just look for the panel on the right of the search results.

We've also included some new negotiation functionality, enabling any buyers to make enquiries about properties on the site, and they will be able to make requests for viewings, managed through your own personal calendar and even put in an offer for properties when the time is right!

You can also, print or email a property, and add properties you are interested in to your watch list. You can also set up alerts if you don't find anything in the search results, so you are kept updated as we get more properties on the site.
